RAITH Opens Another Experience Centre

RAITH, which specialises in maskless nanofabrication and mastering, has continued to expand its global customer support and technology network with the opening of its new Experience Centre Americas in Troy, New York.

Opened on 2 September 2026, the facility is located in New York's Capital Region, a growing hub for semiconductor, photonics and advanced manufacturing activity. The new centre provides customers, researchers and industry partners with direct access to the company's nanofabrication technologies and application expertise.

Visitors to the Troy opening were also shown a demonstration of RAITH's precision capabilities: a three-inch wafer containing the complete works of William Shakespeare, with all 4,170 pages compressed into an area measuring just one square millimetre.

The New York facility is the latest addition to its growing network of experience centres. In July 2026, it opened one such experience centre in Dortmund, Germany, for Europe, following the one in December last year at Shanghai's Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone for Asia.
