UFlex Holography Business Shifts Towards Value-Driven Security Solutions

UFlex is shifting its holography division from primarily supplying security features towards becoming a broader solutions partner. The company is increasingly focusing on textile applications, stamping foils, new holographic materials for premium packaging and application-specific security solutions.

With a manufacturing capacity of 20,600 metric tons per annum, UFlex has the scale to serve diverse applications and markets. Per company officials, in FY 2025–26, the business produced 8.52 billion tax stamps and 700 million security labels, while serving customers across 17 industries. The holography division reported revenue of around INR 615 crore (INR 6.15 billion) during the year.

The strategy is increasingly centred on moving up the value chain.

Value-added products now account for about 30% of the holography business and contribute disproportionately to profitability and growth. Textile and non-textile stamping foils remain major contributors, accounting for around 45% of division revenue.
